1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During sale periods, festivals, or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
  • Orders will be shipped only after successful payment confirmation (except eligible Cash on Delivery orders).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000.
  • ₹90 Standard Shipping Fee for orders below ₹1,000.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link and tracking ID via SMS and/or email. You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available in select locations within Tamil Nadu.
  • A ₹50 COD handling charge will be added to eligible COD orders.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural calamities
  • Courier partner delays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support.

7. Incorrect Address & Returned Orders

If an order is returned because:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address was provided,
  • the customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, or
  • the order was refused without a valid reason,

CITY MART GROUPS reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Refunds for returned orders will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
